Inside A Class

Sixty Minutes,
Start To Finish.

Every class follows the same arc. Predictable structure, unpredictable workouts — so you always know what to expect, and you never get bored.

0–5

Whiteboard Brief

Coach walks the room through the workout, the stimulus, and the scaling options for every movement.

5–15

Group Warm-Up

General + specific warm-up to prime the movements you're about to do. Mobility, activation, breathing.

15–35

Strength / Skill

Squat, press, pull, Olympic lift or skill block. Loaded for your level — no ego required.

35–55

The WOD

Workout of the Day. AMRAP, for time, EMOM — varies daily. Coach scales it to your fitness, today.

55–60

Cool Down + Wins

Stretch, log the score, share a high-five. Then you actually leave on time.

Our Approach

The Workout Scales To You. Not The Other Way Around.

"Scaling" isn't a beginner thing — it's how every athlete trains, every day. Every movement on the whiteboard has three options. Your coach helps you pick the right one for today.

RX+The challenge tier — heavier loads, advanced gymnastics. About 5% of the room.
RXAs prescribed. Built around an experienced athlete who's been training for a while.
SCALEDWhere most members live. Same stimulus, different loads, friendlier movements.
Strength Work

Barbell Skills, Built Patiently.

Every class blends conditioning with real strength training. You'll learn to move load safely — cleans, snatches, squats, presses — coached with the same attention whether you're on an empty bar or chasing a PR.

Common Questions

Before Your First Class.

Do I need to be in shape to start?

No. Most of our best members started out of shape, intimidated, or both. Every workout has a scaled version. You start where you are.

What should I wear and bring?

Athletic clothes you can move in, flat-soled shoes (running shoes work for week one), and a water bottle. We supply everything else.

How sore will I be?

Probably sore for a few days after week one — that's normal. Coaches scale your first workouts so you feel worked, not wrecked. Show up consistently and the soreness fades fast.

What if I've never lifted a barbell?

Welcome — most people haven't. We start with PVC pipes and empty bars. Load comes later, only when your movement is ready for it.

How is this different from a globo gym?

You're coached every minute. The workout is programmed for you. There's a class of people doing it with you. You don't have to think — just show up.

Can I do CrossFit and HYROX both?

Yes — your membership includes both. Many members mix them throughout the week.
