*rest as needed between attempts
*all sets are recorded, so make them all true max attempts

Easier: max time hanging tuck hold
Easiest: max time hollow hold on ground 

B. 1 minute of work, 1 minute of rest for 16 minutes, rotating through the following movements:
- toes-to-bar (RX+ = bar muscle-ups)
- hang power snatches (75/58#)
- hand-release push-ups
- thrusters (75/58#)
*score = total reps
