even minutes = accumulate 20 seconds in a hanging L-sit hold
odd minutes = 6 ring rows with a 5 second hold on last rep

B. With a partner, complete:
100 thrusters (95/68#)
80 Abmat sit-ups
60 deadlifts (135/98#)
40 pull-ups
200 double-unders
10 squat cleans (185/128#)
*Split all reps as desired
(20 minute cap)

*To scale DUs: cut the number in half to 100 DUs, do 100 attempts or do 400 singles.
