A. In 20 minutes, find 1-rep max squat snatch.

B. AMRAP in 4 minutes of: 
12 pull-ups (or jumping pull-ups)
9 hang squat snatches (95/68#)
1 rope climb (or 6 T2B/hanging knee raises)
-- rest 4 minutes -- 
Repeat 4-minute AMRAP
*score = reps per AMRAP
