A. In 12 minutes, build to a 1RM snatch balance for the day: 
5-4-3-2-1-1-1
*focus on foot work and pressing under the bar

B. With a partner, AMRAP in 19 minutes of: 
16 overhead squats (75/58#)
20 alternating leg mountain climbers (R=1, L=1)
200m sprint
*partners alternate rounds (person A does round 1, person B does round 2, etc)
