1 snatch pull + 1 squat snatch + 1 overhead squat 

B. For time: 
400m run
20 power snatches (95/68#)
20 overhead squats (same weight)
200m run
15 power snatches
15 overhead squats
100m run
10 power snatches
10 overhead squats
*20 minute time-cap
