A. In 15 minutes, find 1-rep max SQUAT snatch. If reps turn into power snatches + OHS, those are no-reps - decrease weight. 
*Today is a testing day - we want to find an accurate number so we can gauge progress at the end of the month.

B. For time:
9 squat snatches (95/68#)
18 toes-to-bar (or hanging knee raises) 
7 squat snatches
14 toes-to-bar
5 squat snatches
10 toes-to-bar
