A. In 16 minutes, complete 6 sets of: 
4 bench presses
15 double-unders (or 20 seconds of DU practice)

B. Climb the ladder in 9 minutes: 
1 wall walk
1 squat clean thruster (115/78#)
2 wall walks
2 squat clean thrusters
3/3 - 4/4 - 5/5 - etc.
