A. In 15 minutes, complete 5 sets of:
1 overhead squat with 5-second hold at bottom
10 hollow/arch kips (no pull)

B. AMRAP in 14 minutes:
2 rope climbs (or 2-6 strict pull-ups + 6 knees-to-elbows)
50ft kettlebell farmers carry (53/35# each hand)
50ft bear crawl
2 deadlifts (225/155#)
