A. EMOM for 10 minutes:
even minutes = 5 weighted pull-ups
odd minutes = 5 weighted dips
**weighted, bodyweight or banded - these movements should all be controlled and strict. No kipping. 

B. With a partner, AMRAP in 21 minutes:
*alternate movements*
15 pull-ups
200m run
15 kettlebell thrusters (35/26# each hand)
200m row
15 ring rows
