A. 3 sets of: 
5 tempo kettlebell goblet squats
*keep with this tempo:
descent = 5 seconds
hold = 3 seconds
rise = 5 seconds

B. EMOM for 10 minutes:
1 squat snatch + 1 overhead squat
*add weight as able

C. For time, 21-15-9:
calories on the rower
ring push-ups
