2x 1 & 1/4 front squats
20 second handstand hold on wall
*build weight on front squat to a maximal load

B. AMRAP in 20 minutes:
15 push presses (115/78#)
10 burpee pull-ups
15 hang power cleans (same weight)
10 burpee box jumps
