2 front squats with 3-second pause at the bottom of the first rep
*build to max weight

C. For time: 
20 handstand push-ups (or 5 wall walks)
400m run
60 kettlebell swings (53/35#)
400m run
20 handstand push-ups (or 5 wall walks)
