10 fire hydrant hip circles in each direction, per leg

B. In 12 minutes, complete 4 sets of:
20 alternating leg front rack lunge steps (in place)
*keep your whole hand on the bar - this will translate to our clean receiving position

C. AMRAP in 20 minutes of: 
30 wall balls (20/14#)
30 toes-to-bar
30 calories on the rower
60 double-unders (or 25 attempts)
