A. EMOM for 14 minutes:
even minutes = 10 kettlebell bent-over rows
odd minutes = 10 kettlebell strict presses
*you'll need 2 KBs of the same weight
*choose a medium weight & stay there for all sets

B. 2 rounds for time of: 
30 hand-release push-ups
1000m row
50 Abmat sit-ups 

RX+ option: 
2 rounds for time of:
20 handstand push-ups
1000m row
30 GHD sit-ups
