A. In 14 minutes, complete 6 sets of:
3 push jerks
(immediately into; no break)
 3 hollow/arch kips + 3 kipping pull-ups + 5 second chin over bar hold

B. 5 rounds of: 
1 minute of wall balls (20/14#)
rest 1 minute
1 minute of rope climbs (or 1 strict pull-up + 1 toes-to-bar)
rest 1 minute
*score = WBs + RCs each round
