20 glute bridges
*use a kettlebell on waistline to increase load

B. In 14 minutes, find:
front squat 3-rep max

C. For time:
60 air squats
25 strict presses (45/33#)
25 barbell thrusters (same weight)
60 air squats
*EMOM (including 0) = 3 pull-ups or ring rows
