10 banded monster steps in each direction 

B. EMOM for 12 minutes:
1 squat clean thruster + 1 thruster
*start light & build weight as able

C. AMRAP in 16 minutes of:
5 pull-ups
5 squat cleans (95/68#)
10 push-ups
5 squat snatches (same weight as cleans)
15 air squats
