A. 6 sets of: 
3 on-toes jerk balance
*keep weight light and work on technique
*our goal today is perfect footwork

B. With a partner, for time: 
200 double-unders
150 wall balls (20/14#)
100 hand-release push-ups
150 partner WB sit-ups
200 air squats
*split work as desired
*after each movement is complete, each team runs 200m with their wall ball (pass of as needed)
