B. Death by Calorie Row
- Every minute, row that number of calories. For example, in minute 1, you'll row 1 calorie. In minute 2, you'll row 2 calories. Continue until you miss.  
- If you miss before minute 12, continue to row until then.  
* Score = last round of fully completed calories

C. As soon as you miss your number on the row (or the 12th minute is complete, whichever comes last), for time: 
50 Abmat sit-ups
15 barbell thrusters
