A. EMOM for 20 minutes:
even minutes = 2 rope climbs (scale with 1 rope climb or 2 jumping pull-ups & 2 knees-to-elbows)
odd minutes = 5 snatch-grip deadlifts (add weight ONLY if snatch stance is maintained - this should not look like a traditional deadlift)

B. Climb the ladder in 8 minutes:
1 power snatch
1 overhead squat
1 25ft shuttle run
2 power snatches
2 overhead squats
2 25ft shuttle runs
etc. 3-3-3, 4-4-4 ... 
*score = total reps completed
