2 split jerks with 3-second pause in the bottom of the dip
*build weight as able

B. AMRAP in 14 minutes of:
25 Russian kettlebell swings (70/53#)
25 ring push-ups
25 calories on the rower
25 goblet squats (same KB as swings)
200m single-arm farmers carry (same KB; switch hands as desired, but try to keep the distance on each arm the same)
