A. Last man standing style:

  • max handstand hold on the wall
  • max plank hold
  • max wall sit (legs at 90 degrees)
  • max eye-level plate hold with arms straight out front (15/10#)

B. 5 rounds of:
AMRAP in 2 minutes:
15 overhead squats (95/68#)
10 burpee box jump overs
max rope climbs in remaining time
-- rest 2 minutes between rounds --

*score = number of rope climbs
* 1 rope climb = 5 ring rows + 5 hanging knee raises (focus on getting knees as high as possible)
