A. In 13 minutes, work to a heavy set of:
3 clean grip deadlifts + 1 power clean + 1 front squat

B. Tabata = 20 seconds of work / 10 seconds of rest for 8 rounds (4 minutes)

Tabata #1: supports holds on the rings
1 minute rest
Tabata #2: hollow rocks
1 minute rest
Tabata #3: plank on hands (add weight if able)
