A. EMOM for 16 minutes:
even minutes = 2-8 clapping push-ups
odd minutes = 2-4 strict pull-ups with a 10-second hold with chin over the bar
- static hold + negative (on bar or barbell)
B. AMRAP in 5 minutes of:
10 deadlifts (185/125#)
8 burpee box jump overs (24/20")
6 handstand push-ups
-- rest 5 minutes --
Repeat AMRAP above
