A. Spend 5 minutes building to working weight for ... 
Every 30 seconds for 8 minutes, do 1 squat clean thruster

B. EMOM for 21 minutes (7 rounds):
1) 1 squat clean + 1 front squat (same weight as Part A)
2) 2 rope climbs (or 2-4 rope pulls to standing from laying down)
3) 45-second plank hold on elbows (add weight if able)
