A. In 12 minutes:
make 2 attempts at max rep back squats in 60 seconds
*weight = 50% of your bodyweight (we have a scale!)
B. 5 rounds for time of:
60 double-unders (or 120 singles or 30 attempts)
10 handstand push-ups (or push presses @ 95/68#)
10 deadlifts (185/125#)
*20 minute time-cap
