A. 5 sets of: 
2 back squats with 2 second pause at bottom; build weight each set
10 alternating walking lunge steps (hold arms over head)

B. 3 rounds - 5 minutes on / 2 minutes off  (21 minutes)
AMRAP of:
25 double-unders
15 wall balls (20/14#)
25 toes-to-bar
