5 strict leg raises to L on pull-up bar
B. With a 20 minute running clock:
AMRAP in 15 minutes:
15 wall balls (20/14#)
30 overhead medball walking lunges
15 toes-to-bar (or V-ups)
3 minutes rest
2 minute max plank hold
