A. In 9 minutes, complete 3 attempts at: 
max time hanging L-sit hold
*rest as needed between attempts
*all sets are recorded, so make them all true max attempts
Scaling options:
Intermediate: max time hanging single leg L-sit
Easier: max time hanging tuck hold
Easiest: max time hollow hold on ground 

B. 3 minutes per station; 1 minute rest between stations (12 minutes)

Station 1: 
1 rope climb or 3 rope stand-ups & descents
8 hand-release push-ups

Station 2: 
2 wall walks
9 toes-to-rings (or hanging knee raises)
Station 3:
max rep 50ft. farmers carry (55/35#)

score = total reps per station
