A. Every 2 minutes:
8-6-4 deadlifts (increase load each set)
100ft suitcase carry shuttle (one arm for 50ft, switch arms for return trip)

B. 5 rounds of:
10 kettlebell swings (53/35#)
10 alternating kettlebell box step-ups (53/35#, low box)
10 kettlebell weighted abmat sit-ups (53/35#)
*every 2 min complete 20 DU (or 60 singles)

Thursday, July 9 @ 8pm: Team Trivia at Verde off Collier Road. The more, the merrier! I've been missing this tradition, y'all!
