WOD

A. 4 sets of:
5 trips: pushup + walk over stack of plates in plank position + pushup 
45 seconds rest 
6 strict ring rows with feet on box (pause at bottom of each rep)
45 seconds rest 

B. For time:
20 front rack lunges (10 per leg, Grace weight) 
20 burpees over bar 
20 power cleans (Grace weight)
