A. In 12 minutes, work up to heavy 5-rep max deadlift
B. 10 rounds, rest 30 sec between rounds:
** odd rounds: 8 pull-ups + 8 push-ups + 8 goblet squats
** even rounds: 15 kettlebell swings (53/35#) + 100ft overhead kettlebell carry (50ft down on one arm, 50ft back on other arm)
