A. 4 sets of:
1 hang power snatch + 2 hang squat snatches (all from top of knee)
* build weight each set
* rest as needed
B. 3 rounds of:
AMRAP in 3 min:
5 strict pull-ups
10 hand release push-ups
rest 1 min
* Wherever you stop at the end of the 3 minutes, is where you start the next 3 minutes.
* Score = total rounds and reps
