5 push-ups with pause at bottom

  • In order to do kipping pull-ups in Cindy: ladies must demonstrate 3 strict pull-ups; fellas, you'll have to show us 5 strict pull-ups

B. Cindy
20 minute AMRAP of:
5 pull-ups
10 push-ups
15 air squats
