no rest
8 bent-over rows (same KBs)
90 seconds rest

B. 4 rounds with 90 seconds rest between rounds:
AMRAP in 3 minutes: 
8 goblet squats (53/35#)
8 push-ups
8 kettlebell swings (same weight)
