A. 15 minutes: Build to 2-rep max squat snatch
* We are focusing on technique here. No squat = no rep.

B. EMOM for 25 minutes:
- rotate stations at the top of each minute

1. 15 hollow rocks
2. 5 touch-&-go squat snatches at 70%
3. 5-7 strict pull-ups
4. 10 snatch grip deadlifts at same weight
5. 5-7 strict ring dips
