Minute 1: 12 hollow rocks
Minute 2: 12 alternating jump lunges
Minute 3: 6 burpees
Minute 4: 12 mountain climbers

Thanksgiving Week Schedule

Thanksgiving Day is the first day of the Concept2 Holiday Challenge! Come in 9-11:30am to get your rowing started so you aren't behind from the beginning! Remember, you can row ANYWHERE & ANYTIME! If you need help logging your meters, ask Coach Bex. Be sure to make note of your meters and your time for EVERY row.

Wednesday = normal schedule
Thursday = 9-11:30am open gym (time to start rowing C2 Holiday Challenge folks!)
Friday = 9-11am open gym and 5:30pm class
