6 front squats (all 6 reps are non-stop, don't pause at the top)
* Between sets, complete 30-second hold at top of ring dip (or L-sit if possible) 

B. AMRAP in 6 minutes: 
5 power cleans (165/118#)
10 wall balls (20/14#)
30 double-unders

10 toes-to-bar
