New Members / How to Join:

The best way to experience CrossFit is to stop by and take one of our free introductory classes. Each complimentary intro class includes careful instruction on basic movements, a short CrossFit workout based on those movements and a brief discussion of how we, as CrossFitters, think about fitness. Our goal with this class is to give you a taste of what CrossFit is, so you can see why so many people around the world are hooked.

As we grow, our schedule will change. If there's a time not on our schedule that you'd like to see, please let us know.

Drop-ins:

Visiting for a few days from another box? Feel FREE to drop in and take a class with us! No literally, for free.  This option is for experienced CrossFitters only. We know that paying for a membership in your home town then getting hit with a $20-$50 drop-in fee while traveling sucks. Where's the community in that right? Not loving the WOD today? We have plenty of space for you to do your own thing. Let the Coach know upon arrival and you're all set.
