New Members / How to Join:

The best way to experience CrossFit is to stop by and take one of our free introductory classes. Each complimentary intro class includes careful instruction on basic movements, a short CrossFit workout based on those movements and a brief discussion of how we, as CrossFitters, think about fitness. Our goal with this class is to give you a taste of what CrossFit is, so you can see why so many people around the world are hooked.

As we grow, our schedule will change. If there's a time not on our schedule that you'd like to see, please let us know.

If you're new to the area or have been CrossFitting at home or another box, please use the form below to schedule a meeting with one of our coaches & a free drop-in session!

Drop-ins:

If you are a current member at an established / reputable CrossFit gym from anywhere around the world, you can drop in to any of our basic CrossFit Classes.
